Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time to process the refund).
- Contact your bank for further processing delays.
- If you've done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@bloxcly.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@bloxcly.com and send the item to 350 Fifth Avenue, 34th Floor, New York, NY 10118, USA.
Shipping Returns

Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive returns.

Additional Notes
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days after approval to reflect in your account. Some banks may take longer.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- International Returns: Customers returning items from outside the country must ensure they declare the return properly. We are not responsible for customs fees or return shipping costs.
- Refund Method: Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds in the form of store credit or alternate payment methods unless explicitly stated.
